Seller Terms

These Seller Terms are an agreement between Outlandory, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Outlandory", "we") and the business that opens or claims a shop on Outlandory ("you", "the shop"). They apply together with our Terms of Use, Prohibited Items and Firearms and FFL Transfers policies. By opening, claiming or using a shop, you accept them on behalf of your business and confirm you have authority to do so.

Who can sell

You must be a business legally able to sell the products you list, with every federal, state and local license your sales require.
Shops that sell firearms must hold a current Federal Firearms License (FFL) and keep it current. We may verify it against the ATF's records and remove firearm listings if it lapses.
Information in your profile must be accurate. You are responsible for every user and API key on your account.

You are the seller

You are the merchant of record for every sale. You set prices, stock, shipping, taxes you collect, returns and warranties, and you are responsible for fulfilling orders, customer service and refunds. Outlandory provides the marketplace and never takes title to, holds or handles your products or your customers' funds.

Listings and feeds

List only items you have in stock or can ship as described, at the price shown.
Listings must be accurate, including condition, and for used items the details buyers rely on.
Follow minimum advertised price (MAP) rules that apply to you. Feed MAP settings control how we display prices; you are responsible for setting them correctly.
Feeds and imports must be accurate and current. We may pause a feed that sends bad data, and we may end offers that drop out of your feed.
Never list items on our Prohibited Items list.

Membership and fees

Current pricing is published on How selling works and in your shop's billing settings, and is part of these terms.

Membership: a monthly fee per shop, billed monthly in advance.
Marketplace fee: a percentage on each item sold through Outlandory checkout, set by product group and payment setup, with any per-item cap shown in pricing.
Click-outs: a charge per shopper sent to your website, with a monthly cap and overage rate shown in pricing.
Boosts: optional paid placement, using credits.

Fees are calculated by our systems from orders and clicks, and click-outs are rate limited to block abuse. If you believe a charge is wrong, tell us within 30 days of the invoice and we will review it.

Founding members

Shops accepted as founding members get their membership, marketplace fees and click-out charges waived for the founding period shown when they joined (six months from the date they joined), plus any founding credits offered. After that period, standard pricing applies automatically. Founding status is limited, not transferable and may be revoked for breach of these terms.

Billing and payment

You authorize Outlandory and its billing provider to charge your payment method on file for membership, fees and click-out charges when due.
Amounts are in US dollars. Fees do not include taxes, which are added where required.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. If it stays unpaid for 15 days, we may hide your listings or suspend your shop until it is paid.
Membership is not refunded for partial months. Fees earned on completed orders are not refunded when an order is later refunded, unless we say otherwise in pricing.

Price changes

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email and in your shop admin. Changes apply from your next billing period after the notice period.

Payments from buyers

Buyer payments go to your own payment account (your Payroc account or your own gateway). You are responsible for your processor relationship, chargebacks, refunds and the security of your gateway keys. Outlandory stores your keys encrypted and only to process your shop's orders.

Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with every law that applies to your sales, including firearm transfer laws, age limits, state and local restrictions, ammunition rules, export controls, consumer protection, sales tax and privacy. Firearms ship only to the FFL the buyer chose; you verify that dealer's license before shipping. Shipping restriction notes Outlandory shows are a guide and do not shift your responsibility.

Customer data

Use buyer information only to fulfill and support the order and as the law allows. Do not use it to send marketing unless the buyer opted in with you directly. Protect it with reasonable security and tell us promptly about any breach involving Outlandory buyers.

Reviews and conduct

Do not post fake reviews, pay or pressure buyers for reviews, or interfere with competitors' listings. Respond to buyer messages promptly and professionally.

Suspension and termination

You may close your shop any time from your admin; membership stops at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or remove listings or your shop for breach of these terms, unpaid fees, legal risk, a lapsed license, or conduct that harms buyers or the marketplace. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. Fees owed before termination remain due.

Content license

You give Outlandory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your shop name, logo, listings, images and descriptions on the site, in search and in marketing that promotes your listings, for as long as they are on Outlandory.

Liability and indemnity

The marketplace is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Outlandory is not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. You agree to indemnify Outlandory against claims arising from your products, your sales, your listings or your breach of these terms or the law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, with disputes heard in the state or federal courts located in Ohio. We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continuing to sell after the change takes effect means you accept it.
